WHAT YOU'LL DO

BCG’s CT Productivity team is seeking a knowledgeable and talented Lead SaaS Engineer I to provide technical expertise & excellent support of an exciting new Agile squad charged with identifying, piloting and rolling out AI powered productivity tools. Focus will be on interfacing with vendor technical and multiple internal teams to enable the rapid identification, experimentation and deployment of 3rd party software. Subsequently, this role will be responsible for the configuration, vendor management and workforce enablement of successfully deployed products.

In partnership with your fellow team members, your duties will include:

• Participate heavily in fast paced Proof of Concept evaluations of new 3rd party products, including, but not limited to, interfacing with vendor technical teams and BCG’s Security, Architectural and other Agile squads to facilitate rapid user enablement and product evaluation and feedback. Where applicable this role will ensure technical handoff of successful POCs to other squads for global deployment
• Driving and administering hands-on changes to our globally deployed CT productivity tools portfolio of SaaS products, most of which will have AI powered capabilities.
• Administering and configuring SaaS integrations for secure rollout and operations
• Recommending, implementing, and configuring monitoring, alerting, and self-recovery solutions and thresholds for
• Identifying and supporting opportunities to implement automation capabilities to reduce manual work and human error.
• Anticipating industry direction and evolving customer needs to implement emerging technologies using Change Management disciplines.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• 7+ years of hands-on experience managing technical aspects of large-scale SaaS deployments including a deep understanding of all aspects of the Enterprise level integrations, vendor management and SLAs
• Experience and passion to be a key player harnessing the capabilities of rapidly developing AI/GenAI technologies within the 3rd party product landscape
• Experience working in an a small Agile based squad
• Experience driving results across multiple geographically dispersed teams that are working to their own priorities and commitments

This individual will collaborate with other BCG information technology teams such as Identity, Security, Enterprise Architecture, other Functional squads to ensure alignment with BCG’s overall IT architecture plan.
