Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve various IT-related issues, such as hardware and software problems, network connectivity, and printer issues
- Perform remote and on-site support to clients when needed
- Manage and maintain clients’ IT infrastructure such as workstations, servers, and network devices
- Keep clients informed of the status of their tickets and ensure timely resolution of IT issues
- Document IT-related issues, resolutions, and processes for knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and improve the company’s IT support procedures and processes
- Deploy and configure new systems including VOIP, IP Cameras, Networking Equipment, Workstations, and more
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in providing IT support
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems effectively
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of network technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Capability to work independently and within a team
- Willingness to learn and apply new technologies and processes
