IT Support Technician

Leidos Corporate IT Group has an immediate opening for an IT Support Technician to join our CIO Services team. In this role, you will perform desktop support for end users at Leidos customer locations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain endpoints in a managed Windows 10/11, Mac, and Linux desktop environment.
  • Configuration and support of peripheral devices.
  • Support and troubleshooting of hardware, operating systems and several common desktop applications to include, but not limited to: M365 Suite, McAfee/Trellix Drive Encryption, BIGIP VPN, PKI Smart Card middleware and hardware, Cisco AnyConnect, Adobe products, endpoint backup software, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Provide local/remote support for hardware and software issues utilizing remote assist applications (Teams, Bomgar, etc.).
  • Document & follow processes, procedures, knowledge articles related to support environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of desktop support experience in a large corporate environment. Additional years of related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with use of a ticketing/tracking system such as ServiceNow.
  • Experience with providing remote desktop support, including troubleshooting of common desktop applications (such as M365, Teams, Trellix/McAfee Endpoint Encryption, etc.).
  • Familiarity with various Networking equipment.
  • US Citizenship is required and able to obtain a federal security clearance.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in supporting Mac OS, and iOS devices.
  • Experience supporting Dell laptop and desktop PCs.
  • MCP/MCSA/MCSE, A+, Network+, Security+

Pay Range:

Pay Range $55,250.00 – $99,875.00
