IT Support  – PT 

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused IT Support Contractor to provide onsite technical assistance three days per week. This role will focus on basic end-user support for Dell desktop and laptop systems running Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on support, has strong communication skills, and can work independently while collaborating with a remote IT team for advanced issues.

• Payrate – $21.00 – $25.00
• Shift – Tuesday to Thursday 8:00am – 5:00 pm
• Location – Auburn Hills, MI 

What will you be doing?

• Provide onsite, first-level technical support to end users
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues on Dell computers
• Support Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Assist users with account access, password resets, and common IT requests
• Perform basic device setup, workstation moves, and peripheral support
• Escalate more complex technical issues to remote IT support when needed
• Document issues, resolutions, and support activities as require

What do you bring?

• Experience providing basic IT or Help Desk support
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (preferred, not required)
• Previous experience supporting Dell hardware
• Prior onsite IT support or contractor experience
