We have an exciting opportunity for a IT & DA Programmer/Analyst to join our team in Everett, WA.
Develop software to be used in the Engineering analysis (Structures and Loads) of Boeing aircraft. We are looking for a passionate Software Developers to create, own, and continuously improve strategic and tactical plans for the Software Development environment. You will help to define the technology and practices DTE developers will use in their day-to-day operations. You will work with internal customers, and interacting with other DTE developers, to deliver products that delight end users. This position will place you at the heart of a fast-paced, growing organization where you will have the opportunity to shape the program as it is being created.
Responsibilities will include:
Work with product manager and UX designer to define application requirements. Willingness to contribute to the development of the methodology and software development discipline of DTE.
Designs, programs, tests, implements, documents and maintains computing applications.
Gathers and evaluates end user requirements.
Writes and compiles code and constructs database objects based on documented design and analyzes information to determine architecture specifications, parameters for software compatibility, application security needs and other application architecture requirements.
Modifies or upgrades applications to maintain software functionality.
Identifies and resolves programming or application architecture problems.
Reviews system performance and identifies and recommends improvements.

Technical bachelor’s degree and typically 2 or more years’ related work experience or a Master’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.
