TRCTalent is working alongside a leading builder for a full time role as they seek a Lead Website Developer.  The Lead Website Developer provides technical and people leadership for the delivery of enterprise-scale, cloud-native digital platforms, with a focus on Sitecore XM Cloud and composable DXP architecture. This role leads development efforts, mentors developers, and serves as a senior technical authority across Sitecore, headless frontend development, and system integrations.  Position is based in Buckhead and is hybrid – 3 days onsite.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead design, development, testing, and delivery of complex, enterprise-level applications.
· Serve as technical subject matter expert across all phases of development.
· Guide the team in building scalable, composable DXP solutions using Sitecore XM Cloud and Sitecore JSS.
· Partner with architecture leadership to define and enforce application architecture standards.
· Lead development of headless frontends using Next.js, React, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
· Own testing strategies and provide third-level production support, serving as escalation point.
· Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and lead knowledge sharing across the team.
· Recruit, coach, and develop team members when direct reports are assigned.
· Lead evaluation and adoption of tools, frameworks, and vendor solutions.
· Champion secure coding standards, development best practices, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
· 6–8+ years of software development experience, including lead-level responsibility.
· Extensive, hands-on experience with Sitecore XM Cloud and headless development using Sitecore JSS.
· Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
· Experience with cloud hosting platforms (e.g., Vercel, Netlify) and composable DXP / MACH architecture.
· Proven ability to mentor developers and lead complex technical initiatives.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
