As a Lead Developer, you’ll be taking on a management position while still working hands-on 60% of the time. You should have at least 2 years of leadership experience, mentoring Jr Developers as well as experience being in direct communication with directors and architects. Technologically, you should have 5+ years’ professional experience with C#, .NET, React, Typescript and Azure.
The software team is currently working on developing their proprietary recruiting platform.
