TRC’s client is a leader in healthcare technology looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join their growing team on a full-time, direct hire basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
- Architect scalable and maintainable software systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members while driving best practice methodologies for development, deployment, and hosting.
- Conduct code review and ensure code quality and consistency.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in software development processes; enhance application functionality, performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines; oversee project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field highly preferred; associate’s degree required
- 10+ years of web application development experience including leading projects
- Strong full-stack development experience
- Extensive back-end experience, specifically Java development
- Prior front-end experience with modern JavaScript, HTML/CSS, ExtJS, React, etc.
- SQL/ORM and REST API development experience highly preferred
