MarketSource is seeking an LMS Administrator The LMS Administrator will be an integral part of the Learning & Development team and expected to collaborate with stakeholder, LMS platform vendors and all internal partners as appropriate to facilitate seamless learning experiences. The LMS Administrator has primary responsibility for optimizing LMS application performance, documenting the operation and support processes and procedures related to the LMS application and environment. This will include investigating and resolving LMS application and environment errors and communicating with the stakeholders as appropriate. The LMS Administrator will be expected to work proactively to ensure that measures are in place to support recurring needs, as well as, ad-hoc requests. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting multiple learning management systems, including Cornerstone and VenU, as well as, other learning and employee engagement platforms such as Degreed and Glint. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Perform LMS Site administration for multiple LMS systems Administer and test web technologies for learning purposes Perform site administration, quality assurance testing, and project coordination functions Point of contact with vendor partners for LMS, CMS, and digi learning systems services and integrations Demonstrate an understanding of client-specific business nee respond quickly to customer requests Communicate written and verbal responses and notifications t students, internal clients, external vendors, executives, and trainers Ability to be available nights and weekends if needed Assign and manage user and group hierarchies and content Manager Programs Curricula, Courses, and Activities an content for relevance Create and Add related resources to courses and program HTML wikis Develop online acknowledgements and quizzes Support internal and external client demos and access Assist in scheduling and supporting training initiatives bot and virtual Interface with Trainers and Instructional Designers to coord Training Administration Ensure that client projects are free from errors and defects testing and site administration Document internal LMS training processes Provide insight into process improvement areas and assist in documenting/analyzing learner curriculum completions and LMS usage Run reporting on LMS usage by program, system effectiveness, content access Support project management initiative for trainers and instr designers, including managing workflow and billing. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE Project Planning/Coordination Knowledge of design and structure for effective presentation content Willingness to innovate to deliver an ever more comprehensiv Learning Management System Manage external and internal vendor relationships Knowledge of SCORM compliance and Video formats Proficient in Excel and HTML Quality Management Systems/Quality Assurance testing History of quality customer support PeopleSoft and Cornerstone experience a plus Degree in HR Information Systems (HRIS), Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
