Our client, T. Rowe Price, is seeking a Mainframe Systems Programmer to join their team. 

Job Title: Mainframe Systems Programmer

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $68 – $72/hr

What’s the Job?

– The Systems Programmer will be responsible to install, maintain, and upgrade IBM and 3rd Party products in a mainframe z/OS environment using SMP/E and zOSMF. ***Ability to conduct strong engagements with corporate partners and vendors is essential.***
– Coordinates across support teams to quickly resolve Incidents and disruptions to technology services, performs root cause analysis, and takes preventative measures.
– Proactively identifies and addresses vulnerabilities across the technology environment
– Work with vendors on hardware and software fixes
– Works with application development and support teams to assist in delivery of solutions.
