Manager, Quality Assurance

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of a team of Quality Associates and supporting the business through effective quality management practices. This role partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory, client, and internal audit requirements, while maintaining and improving quality systems and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support the day-to-day activities of a team of Quality Associates.
- Collaborate on internal and external audits in support of business objectives.
- Create, maintain, and manage project plans for compliance and client audits, as required.
- Monitor and control audit-related projects to ensure all internal deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Assist with the administration and maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
- Manage and maintain documentation within SharePoint sites.
- Ensure team compliance with training requirements and proper record keeping.
- Provide project and audit status reports as requested.
- Conduct project reviews and develop recommendations to identify both successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Coordinate and manage evidence-gathering activities in preparation for audits.
- Drive documentation reviews to ensure audit readiness.
- Document findings related to unacceptable practices or procedures and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of leadership experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong communication skills, including interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Preferred
- Previous Quality Assurance management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary for this position is $74,536 – $96,800.
