Position Summary:

The Manager, Remarketing Quality Assurance, will lead the implementation and enforcement of the Remarketing department s QA Framework. This role is critical in ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and mitigating risk across both internal and external operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in compliance, auditing, and quality assurance, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and uphold high standards of operational excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of the QA Framework across all five phases: Planning, Preparation, Execution, Reporting, and Follow-Up.
  • Develop and maintain the QA schedule in alignment with quarterly and annual review cycles.
  • Ensure all QA activities are aligned with internal policies, regulatory requirements, industry & compliance best practices.
  • Collaborate with Internal and External Operations teams to ensure seamless QA execution.
  • Facilitate continuous feedback loops to refine QA processes and address emerging risks.
  • Track and report on the progress of continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
  • Develop, implement and maintain business process management strategies and documentation processes to enhance operational efficiency
  • Develop and lead the execution of the Vendor Audits Framework.
  • Lead a team by providing mentorship, one-on-one coaching, technical skill advancement and professional development opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

  • Two (2) years minimum of managerial or supervisory experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, internal audit, compliance, operational efficiency or related practices.

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Compliance, or related field.

Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of audit methodologies, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex QA initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with developing, implementing, and optimizing business processes.
  • Strong collaboration, inter-personal, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrate leadership, mentorship and coaching qualities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and data presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Overtime required required on an as needed basis.
  • Travel 0-10% – as required on an as needed basis.
  • Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI

Qualifications Preferred:

  • Understanding of the automotive and financial services industries is plus!
  • Experience with remarketing operations or product development environments is highly preferred!
  • Familiarity with QA tools, process mapping, and performance metrics.

Work Schedule This position requires the ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs. Typically, between the hours of 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed. Travel is required 10% of the time.
