POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Technology Specialist will be responsible for the support, administration, and organization of marketing tools and platforms to empower the digital and research teams. This role is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to and work alongside high-functioning teams across web/app, email, CRM, digital media, and customer research. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
  • Serve as administrator for marketing tools and systems, including but not limited to Basecamp, Sharepoint, KnowledgeBase
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create and update website content and QA, enter content into CMS as needed
  • Provide technical and customer support for online chatbot functionality
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues for Medallia and Ada systems
  • Review and approve database permissioning updates
  • Identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities for assigned systems and processes
  • Support as needed for audience QC
  • Assist with language translation coordination
  • Set up purchase orders, process invoices, and manage budget tracking
  • Provide additional admin support as needs arise
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-2 years’ experience in marketing or ecommerce
  • 1-2 year’s experience with project management software (Basecamp, Notion, Asana, JIRA, etc)
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and task management skills; ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
  • Highly organized, analytical, detail- and action-oriented
  • Acute listening skills
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Honors commitments through the delivery of timely and high quality results
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent understanding of consumer digital behavior and consumer research
  • Change leader – questions existing paradigms
  • Interest in and passion for technology

 EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • College degree in marketing, business administration, computer science, or communication preferred

 The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Alterra Mtn Co Shared Services Inc. salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Alterra Mtn Co Shared Services Inc.’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specific benefits.

Denver area base salary range: $45,000 – $68,000 per year
