Job Decription: MyTelemedicine is seeking a full time iOS and Android Mobile Developer. In this role you will develop and launch new mobile products and extend platform functionality as part of our next generation strategy. You will work closely with product management, designers and other engineers to define, design and develop our flagship mobile app. We care about building high-quality software flexible and robust enough to handle millions of users.

We dive deep to insist on the highest standards in architecting, coding, testing, deploying and maintaining every aspect of our offerings. If you’re thrilled by the idea of ownership, passionate about creating new features and services from scratch, and think you can manage the ambiguity and pace, we would love to connect with you.Technical Requirements

– Develop iOS, Android or Hybrid solutions that deliver on Product Strategy
– 1 or more shipped iOS, Android or Hybrid apps preferred
– Partner with Software Engineers, UX/UI, QA Analysts & Engineers, and Product Owners/Analysts
– Actively engage with developers outside of the local sprint team across various disciplines (Android, iOS, APIs, Web, etc.)
– Remains an active learner in all technologies related to iOS and Android development
– Proficiency with Android Studio Tooling
– 2+ years of iOS development experience
– 2+ years of Android development experience
– A portfolio of open source code on GitHub preferred
– Solid understanding of MVC along with a curiosity for other iOS architecture patterns
– Knowledge of integrating third-party SDKs, either manually or using CocoaPods
– Knowledge of building UI through Interface Builder (Storyboards and Auto Layout)
– Good experience with local caching and offline mode concepts
– In-depth knowledge of current technological trends, developments, and best practices in the area of information security, wireless network architecture, technologies, and concepts
– Experience developing in an Agile environment
– Excellent oral and written communication skills required
Nice to Have

– 1+ years of experience working with JAVA or any modern JVM language
– Proficiency with modern web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS)
– Proficiency with SQL language and relational databases
– Comfortable with RESTful API and JSON
– API integration experience
– Agile methodologies experience (Scrum, Kanban)
– Python experience

Job Decription: The Director of Channel Management is responsible for the development and execution of MyTelemedicine’s channel distribution strategy, in order to build the pipeline of Employer, Affinity Groups and Association prospects through partners such as brokers, consultants, and Health benefit vendors. Requirements

– Develops relationships and structures partnerships with channel partners
– Coordinates development of sales and marketing materials required for channel partners to be successful
– Promotes MyTelemedicine within channel organizations
– Conduct joint presentations, provide proposals and pricing. Coordinate involvement of company personnel including sales, support, service, and management resources
– Trains sales resources within channel and attends client meetings with them where possible
– Directs leads developed within the channel to the appropriate sales person
– Manages potential channel conflict with other sales channels
– Recommends product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales
– Evaluates effectiveness of partner programs and improves upon them
– Build team of channel managers over time as required to support partner sales growth.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

– Ability to negotiate and structure partnerships
– Solid Coaching and Leadership skills
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers and customers
– 2-4 years’ experience selling healthcare services to employers and payers
– Experience developing channel partnerships with healthcare consultants and brokers
– Travel 25%
