Insight Global is seeking a Mobile Support Systems Engineer for one of our largest health insurance clients in Alabama. This role will be primarily responsible for dealing with
all aspects of company provided mobility devices, mainly iPads and cell phones. More specifically this person will be responsible for administration of the unified employee
management server (UEM Server) – as well as maintenance, patching/upgrading, troubleshooting day-to-day issues, modification, development, and deployment of devices.
The company currently uses Blackberry as their MDM Solution (Mobile Device Management) but will be transitioning to Endpoint Manager (Formerly Microsoft Intune) so any Blackberry knowledge is a huge plus.
Knowledge of MDM Solutions
Experience with UEM Server (UEM servers secure and manage a wide range of employee devices and operating systems)
Apple Knowledge or experience working at Genius Bar
High School Diploma
Associates degree in IT field OR CISCO/Microsoft Certification OR equivalent work experience
At least 2-3 years of experience in Help Desk or Technician Role
Windows Server Experience
Experience working with and troubleshooting mobile devices
Blackberry experience (optional but highly preferred)
Ability to patch, upgrade & manage servers
Strong verbal and written communication skills
o Must be able to interact with all levels of staff both internal and external
