.NET Developer
Contract Duration: 12-24 Months
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Pay Rate: $65-$68/hr (W2 only, no C2C or third-party candidates)

Job Description
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior .NET Core Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, contributes fresh ideas, and is eager to learn and grow. This role demands strong initiative, ownership, analytical skills, and effective communication. A curiosity about emerging technologies and the ability to brainstorm and innovate with like-minded professionals are key to success in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements (stories), design story-level solutions, and deliver high-quality results.
• Learn and apply business processes to assigned tasks effectively.
• Work collaboratively within an agile development environment.
• Exhibit strong programming, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Provide code reviews, mentor team members, and lead developers to deliver high-speed, high-quality code.
• Migrate solutions to CI/CD platforms such as Horizon, BitBucket, and Artifactory.
• Analyze existing codebases and infrastructure to propose and implement informed changes.

Required Skills

• Experience: 7-10 years of professional experience, including demonstrated expertise in:
• .NET Core development.
• Web API development.
• Oracle 12c database.
• Agile development practices.
• Experience with Blazor (highly preferred).
• Proficiency with Telerik controls (a strong plus).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Horizon, BitBucket, and Artifactory.
