Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking an AIT Manager to join their team. As an AIT Manager, you will be part of the Application Management team supporting the Application Infrastructure Technology (AIT) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to risk management which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: AIT Manager

Location: Chicago, IL or Richmond, VA

What’s the Job?

• Manage application lifecycle and compliance for registered applications within the bank.
• Coordinate with product managers to ensure accurate maintenance of AIT in AppHq.
• Oversee RISE deliverables, ensuring timely management and closure.
• Conduct impact assessments and analyze GIS Continuous Monitoring metrics.
• Support documentation management for approvals and tollgates related to AITs.

What’s Needed?

• Good understanding of the bank’s Application Management policies and standards.
• Excellent action management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in analytical tools, particularly Excel, for reporting and tracking.
• Knowledge of IT security principles and risk frameworks is a plus.
