What you will do
We’re looking for a seasoned Oracle DevOps Fusion Project-to-Close (PTC) Functional Consultant to lead and support Oracle Fusion ERP initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Project Management processes (forecasting, costing, billing, revenue recognition, and period close) and strong knowledge of DevOps practices.
How you will do it

Lead development and support for Oracle Fusion PTC processes.

Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for PTC-related activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and reliability.

Implement DevOps practices to streamline development, testing, and deployment.

Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime as part of Post go live Operational Support.

Manage enhancements, support tickets, and resource planning.

Coordinate with other teams to resolve integration issues.

Drive continuous improvement and automation.

Provide training, mentorship, and stakeholder communication.

Ensure timely production deployments and incident resolution.
What we look for
Required
-
10+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, or other ERP systems.

Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM), particularly in Project-to-Close (PTC) processes.

Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion configuration and solution design for both small- and large-scale initiatives.

Ability to effectively communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Exceptional collaboration, influence, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.

Highly organized with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced, reactive environments.
Preferred
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Oracle Cloud certifications.

Experience working in Agile environments.

Familiarity with additional Oracle modules and tools such as:

IIM (Installation Invoice Module)
