We are seeking an experienced Oracle Hospitality Opera Cloud Lead Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and knowledge in implementing and configuring Oracle Hospitality Opera Cloud, a cloud-based hotel management system, including migration of On-Premise hospitality solution to cloud. The Lead Consultant will lead project teams, provide expert guidance, and ensure successful system implementation and integration for our hospitality clients.

Role: Oracle Hospitality Opera Cloud Lead Consultant

Summary:
Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and provide solutions
Expert level knowledge in Oracle Hospitality Opera Cloud
Lead project teams and oversee the implementation and configuration of Oracle Hospitality Opera Cloud
Conduct system configuration, customization, and integration with third-party systems
Develop solutions for migrating solution from On-Premise to Oracle Cloud
Develop and maintain technical documentation
Provide training and support to clients and team members
Stay up to date with product updates and industry trends

Required:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or related field (master’s preferred).
Experience: More than 10 Years of IT experience. Minimum 5 years of product management experience, preferably in the hospitality or SaaS industry.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, APIs, and integrations.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $88,690 to $150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
