Insight Global is seeking a Principal Business Analyst to join one of our largest medical device clients in one of their largest business transformations. Their large-scale transformation involves the transformation of their ERP system. For this role, you need to have significant experience working with ERP systems in general, but a minimum of three years of experience working with SAP, ECC, and Rapid Response. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and successful business transformation across the network and will impact the future of their products.

-Experience collaborating with COE (Center of Excellence) partners
-Bachelors degree in Business or supply chain-related field is required.

-3+ years of technical (ECC/S4 and Rapid Response preferred), professional or operational supply chain experience in the medical device field required.

-3+ years of Systems/Applications in supply chain planning preferred, at BPL/SME in ECC/S4 and/or Rapid Response.

-10+ years of experience in data analysis and planning.

-Previous experience of a major Program introduction/upgrade, ideally within an IT/Systems or Business representative role.

-Working knowledge of ERP, Advanced planning systems (i. e. Rapid response) systems, and the broader Application Ecosystem and Interfaces, combined with knowledge of key business processes.

-A proven track record of Continuous Improvement, system upgrades/enhancements, proactive problem solving, or LBP.

-High sense of energy, excitement, and confidence in experience.

-Experience managing complex matrixed organizational structures and demonstrated capability in collaborating and influencing across such an organization

-Experience in Scaled Agile Project Management and advantage and/or proven adaptability, comfortable with change, and with a demonstrated ability to react and respond to a fast-changing environment.
