People.AI team is responsible for developing and deploying AI/ML solutions supporting the Global People function.

At this role, you will be building an LLM-powered chatbot for improving employee experience and productivity. You'll be responsible for designing and building an intelligent conversational interface that enhances communication, automates tasks, accesses data and insights, and provides personalized Q&A support to employees, ultimately creating a more efficient and engaging work environment.

You will be working in a highly collaborative environment with a multidisciplinary team.

You will have opportunities to work with senior data scientists to design, architect, and build AI/ML model and model systems.

You will work with machine learning engineers to deploy, operate, and optimize scalable solutions.

You will work with product managers to design user journeys, feedback loop and analyze user telemetry.

You will have opportunities to develop yourself with an end-to-end AI/ML product experience.

You will work with a set of robust work standards to ensure we build trustworthy AI/ML solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive academic or industrial experience in AI/ML to achieve fair AI and explainable AI outcomes.

  • You will be able to help execute our trustworthy AI/ML practice in collaboration with stakeholders across the enterprise.
  • You will be able to effectively coach junior data scientists to work through ambiguous issues, integrate input from stakeholders across the company.
  • You will bring industry experience with strong ML fundamentals with major technology companies or AI-native start-ups.
  • You will be able to communicate internally and externally through publication, presentations, and other mediums on research progress, major breakthroughs, and product innovation.
  • You will have extensive experience with statistical analysis and programming languages e.g. Python and mainstream machine learning frameworks, e.g. TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • You will bring experience in building deep learning applications, neural network deployment optimizations and architecting ML systems.
  • You may bring experience with or developing Large-language models (LLM) or publication records at top conference such as NeurIPS or ACL.

The annual salary range for this position is $168,000.00-$252,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

– Stock equity incentives

Minimum Qualifications…
