Overview
We are hiring a Business Intelligence Content Manager to act as the guardian of quality and consistency across our MBI platform. The role combines content creation, governance, process definition, and quality reviews, with potential to expand over time.
The Mastercard Business Intelligence (MBI) Platform is a global gateway to business insights, thought leadership, and data visualization tools—leveraging clients’ portfolio data. It unifies access to over 30 Mastercard Services solutions through a seamless, personalized user experience. Like a marketplace, users can explore, subscribe to, and interact with services available in their region via a single access point.

Specialist, Business Intelligence Content Manager plays a key role in supporting Mastercard’s Business Intelligence and data-driven platforms by translating product value propositions into compelling content. You will partner with Product Management, Content Strategy, Marketing, Communications and Creative teams to define and execute a content roadmap aligned with customer needs. You will write clear, engaging short-form copy and support content publication across digital channels such as LinkedIn, blogs, internal and external newsletters, and infographics.
This is a highly cross-functional role, ideal for someone who combines strong writing and storytelling skills with an understanding of marketing technology products. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to manage content creation, ensure consistency of messaging, and drive consistent engagement with our global financial services and fintech audiences.

Role Responsibilities
Product Value & Content Strategy:
• Help define the product value narrative for Business Intelligence solutions, based on customer needs, industry trends, company priorities, and platform capabilities.
• Translate product value into content plans that build awareness, understanding, and adoption of the Business Intelligence platform and related solutions.
• Be the owner of the pre-login page/ where all teaser content lives. Should act as creative lead, defining standards, audits, and enhancements.
Content Creation & Copywriting:
• Write and edit short-form content, including blog posts, social copy (especially LinkedIn), article summaries, interviews, and infographics
• Craft messaging aligned with Mastercard’s brand voice and editorial standards, ensuring clarity, personality, and consistency across channels.
• Partner with subject-matter experts to simplify complex insights into actionable and engaging content for executive audiences.
Project Management & Agency Coordination:
• Coordinate with external content and design agencies to deliver creative assets (articles, infographics, social posts, etc.) on time and within Mastercard brand guidelines.
• Support reviews and revisions through creative feedback loops, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance:
• Collaborate with internal teams across Product, Sales, Communications, and Regional Marketing to ensure content accuracy and alignment.
• Manage content approvals process across internal stakeholders, ensuring proper messaging, legal compliance, and editorial quality.
Publishing & Performance Reporting:
• Own publishing of approved content across LinkedIn, blogs, and internal channels.
• Monitor content performance metrics and report on engagement, reach, and value in partnership with marketing analytics teams. Provide insights in presentations to inform future content planning.
Channel Ownership:
• Act as subject matter for SEO/ AIO and enablement of the channel
• Lead Internal Newsletter publications – partnership with other internal newsletters + The HUB
• Lead LinkedIn Organic posts operations

All About You
What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in content writing, marketing copywriting, or product marketing, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or technology environments.
• Experience working with creative agencies and managing content creation projects end-to-end.
• Ability to understand and explain technical product concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with a portfolio showcasing a range of content (e.g., blog posts, social copy, infographics).
• Familiarity with content management systems, social media publishing tools, and basic SEO.
Nice to Have:
• Experience in payments, fintech, consulting, or data analytics.
• Previous work in a matrixed, global organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of LinkedIn marketing, including Sponsored Content and analytics concepts.
