The I.T. Product Systems organization is seeking versatile and energetic Programmer Analysts for the Visualization and Data Distribution team. Candidates will have the opportunity to contribute to some of the core software systems and tools that enable Boeing engineers to design, model, build, and support the best products in aerospace today – and those that will take us into our Second Century.
Expectations include (but are not limited to):
Analyze, refactor, debug, and develop valuable, large-scale software solutions using the relevant, modern XP practices (e.g. pairing, test-driven development, continuous integration, build and test automation, etc.)
Collaborate effectively within the operational constructs of a balanced team and Integrated Project Team (IPT); and across functional organizations.
Perform custom software development, modernization, testing, and technical debt reduction in the Dassault V5 Products – CATIA and ENOVIA
Partner and share learnings with peers and team members
Work in partnership with teammates in Boeing India
Embrace a Lean mindset of relentless and continuous self-improvement
Strong analytical, communication, and technical problem solving
Understanding of modern IT practices
Understanding of modern software best practices.

Typical Education / Experience:
Technical bachelor’s degree and typically 2 or more years’ related work experience or a Master’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
