Programmer Analyst, SAP WM / SD

Job Summary
The Programmer Analyst SAP WM/ SD is responsible for developing and
implementing solutions, supporting production applications and the
review and recommendation of new applications. This position will
leverage SAP to support Warehouse (WM), Sales and Distribution (SD)
best practices within the SAP landscape. This is a hands-on role that
will execute WM and SD configuration, functional documentation;
developing system requirements, business process design, all related
testing, integration testing, system documentation and training
including training materials and support procedures.
Provide business analysis and process redesign expertise in SAP WM
SAP configuration, implementation and support.
Good knowledge and experience in warehouse processes including
Delivery and Transfer Order and optimized Batch Search Strategy/
Picking, Putaway, Physical Inventory, Cycle Counts Processes,
Logistics Execution, Output Types configuration/ setup and EDI design
and maintenance
Experience with shipment processes (delivery, trucking, logistics,
external warehouse, packaging)
Experience with catch weight management
* Understand the integration points within ECC environment (PTF, SD,
QM, WM, FI, MM, PTP) and with external systems
Configure SAP functionality to satisfy business requirements and
business process design.
Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces,
conversions, enhancements, forms and workflows as they relate to the
WM components of SAP
Support peripheral systems and interfaces related to the Warehouse,
Sales and Distribution, Quality, Production Planning function.
Design and execute test plans to ensure that business requirements
and functional specifications are implemented properly and meet
business objectives.
Develop business relationships to ensure successful implementation
and support project efforts.
Collaborate cross-functionally with representatives throughout the
* Participate in afterhours IS support/ ISOnCall rotation
* Resolve incidents across the SAP platform
* Must have flexible after-hours availability for implementation and
deployment tasks
Provide primary end user support and solutions for the SAP WM module
and user community. This includes troubleshooting, diagnosis, and
resolution of end user problems as well as performing routine system
maintenance checks and corrective actions.
Mentor peers
Must be able to communicate with systems user community and
management in a simple convincing manner and on all levels with peers.

* Annual completion of OSHA required safety training.
English skills must be proficient to understand, read, write and
speak English
A bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems,
Computer Science or related field is required
Work Experience:
5 years of technology and functions used in IT operations is
3 years of warehouse functions and processes experience is required
SAP one full lifecycle implementation management experience is
Project management principles, methodology, and proficiency. PMP
Certification preferred
Technical ability to work within application framework to configure
applications that meet the needs of the business is preferred
Strong understanding of business system design in a manufacturing
environment is preferred
Demonstrated ability to accurately and quickly complete deliverables
with efficient use of system resources is required
Strong commitment to customer service and support is required
Technical Knowledge:
Computer Proficient
* In-depth WM experience required
* In-depth understanding of integration points with other modules
