Job Description
Validate and process invoices in coordination with the appropriate
stakeholders; track payments made and available funds remaining on
Purchase Orders. This includes invoices processed via P2P and via
Check Request. Submit new PRs in the P2P system in coordination with
Corporate Procurement to meet contract procurement needs. Submit PO
modifications in the P2P system in coordination with Corporate
Procurement to modify POP, renew existing POs, add funding, modify
terms of subcontracts, etc. Subcontract renewals, negotiation, and
analysis. Execute agreements with new and existing subcontractors and
manage subcontract closeout. Responsible for tracking and monitoring
fixed assets on a large, complex project with over 1,800 employees.
Apply knowledge of FAR Part 45 pertaining to Government Furnished
Property/ Government Furnished Equipment (GFP/GFE) to track and
coordinate GFE for new hires and existing personnel, including
subcontractors. Apply good communication skills, verbal and written,
to interface with technical and non-technical personnel in the
performance of this position. Coordinate with multiple internal
departments to ensure procurement needs are being met. Monitor
shipments to ensure on-time delivery utilizing Microsoft Excel and
other internal software applications. Proactively follow up as
required to ensure desired service results are secured and issues are
communicated to all parties. Coordinate logistic flow of goods as
required. Creating reports to have a better visibility on orders in
the system. Participate in the entire lifecycle of the asset
management process: Acquisition, Receiving, Records Management,
Storage, Inventory, Reporting, and Contract Close-Out.
Must be detail oriented ability to be flexible in a fast-paced work
environment. Willingness and initiative to identify and confront
potential issues with urgency. A positive attitude, keen sense of
communication, and willingness to work in a team atmosphere.
Proficiency with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, etc.) and other
clerical web tools. Procurement, Logistics, Contracting, or Business
background preferred. Knowledge of federal background investigations
process preferred
College graduate preferred; or 1-2 years experience
High School Diploma
Must possess current, favorable SSBI or T5 or be able to obtain a
favorable determination based on a SSBI or T5 investigation.
