Responsibilities:

– Project Planning for Medium to Large Sites/Site with High Complexity
– Scope and Change Management
– Schedule Management
– Budget Management
– Communication Management
– Risk Management
– Procurement Management
– Implementation Team Coordination
– Technical Engineer Team Coordination
– Customer Issue Tracking and Resolution
– Charter / Statement of Work Creation
– Status Reports
– Time Tracking
– Cross Departmental Coordination
– Mentoring of Other Project Managers

Environment:

– Working under tight timelines and conflicting schedules.
– Managing multiple projects at one time.
– Managing challenging customers.
– Frequent, often short-notice travel (up to 30%)
– Office Environment
– Possible After hours work (eveningweekend)

Education:

– Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent or related experience.
– Must be able to qualify for PMP certification within 12 months of service

Experience:

– Recommended 5 years of IT and/or Health Care background
– Experience managing Projects of medium to large scope
– Experience managing project Teams
– Experience with IT System Integration

Background:

– Knowledge of Databases and Enterprise-class Information Systems
– Knowledge of Health Care – specifically Radiology and Cardiology
