Work as part of an integrated team of program management professionals, facility engineers, and Cybersecurity experts in the firm’s expanding Industrial Control System (ICS) Cybersecurity team. Prepare and review briefings, presentations, reports, internal documents, correspondence, and weekly or monthly status input required for executing a multi-million dollar contract. Manage the firm’s contract budget, monitor contract performance, and review deliverables to ensure technical, programmatic, and financial goals and objectives are met. Identify possible program risks to meeting budget and performance goals. Analyze the development of project plans and schedules for a complex project with a multitude of work items and overlapping work streams. Plan, coordinate, and attend meetings with the client and the firm’s program leads. Lead the people and logistics movement planning subject-matter experts, including managing the performance of travel planning, voucher submission, and record keeping.
-5+ years of experience with federal government consulting, personnel or logistics movement, or a financial management environment
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including the substantial use of Excel and the functional use of Project and financial management and budget tracking systems
-Ability to articulate and solve complex problems and concepts and make decisions based on available information
-BA or BS degree
-Experience with DoD contracting, travel, and logistics processes
-Experience with international travel and logistics movement processes
-Possession of excellent organizational skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
