We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Python Developer

 

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop high-quality software solutions conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members.

·         Additionally, you will contribute to the technical roadmap identify and resolve technical issues and stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

·         Work with product managers machine learning engineers and data science modelers to bring new models and enhancements to existing models to production. 

·         Work with product managers and machine learning engineers to understand and document the technical requirements for the systems that will run models. 

·         Estimate the effort required to implement new models or modify existing models Architect/design the software environments needed to both build and run the models on Google Cloud Platform (willing to learn)

·          Design and implement the software used to acquire and transform the data for use in the models.

·         Works with other engineering teams to integrate the models into Client products.

·         Employ agile methodologies and practices leading or participating on teams of machine learning engineers.

·         Monitor and report to management on the status of project efforts anticipate/identify issues that inhibit the attainment of project goals and implement corrective actions.

·         Foster and maintain good relationships with customers and other teams within Client to meet expected delivery dates and service levels. 

 

Required Skills:

Must Have

5 or more years of experience in Software development

2 or more years of experience in pipeline development

Strong experience in Python 3.x

Good hands on experience in Cloud environment (preferably GCP)

Good working experience with large volumes of data

 

Nice to Have

Experience with Dataflow, BigQuery and Vertex AI
