Our client is seeking a QA Analyst to join their team. As a QA Analyst, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting various internal and external teams. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: QA Analyst
Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid work model)
What’s the Job?
- Develop and maintain test scenarios and end-user test scripts to verify new functionality performs as designed and meets customer needs.
- Utilize automation software and implement automation best practices.
- Thoroughly test software to ensure proper operations, document all problems, and work to resolve them.
- Create and execute regression testing, test plans, and perform builds of applications.
- Communicate with customers regarding installation issues and software defects.
What’s Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Information Systems or Management Information Systems.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a QA/UAT Analyst role.
- Ability to maintain and run automation scripts.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to work efficiently while meeting tight deadlines.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
