Hybrid Role based in Newark, NJ

 

Hourly rate $22.00/hr

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma, or equivalent. 
• Must be able to submit to a background check and drug test.
• Must be able to work 8a-5pm Monday-Friday

Summary Job Description and Responsibilities:

 

The duties of the QA Analyst include, but are not limited to, the following activities:

• Call Monitoring and transaction auditing
• Develops and implements improvement programs, initiatives, and processes
• Conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation
• Develops, implements, and leads key process improvement efforts and influences cross-functional efforts
• Assists in the development of systematic approaches for assuring high quality services
• Identifies the interface of key activities within and between the functions of the organization
• All other duties as assigned
• This is an RBC position

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience related to electronic toll collections, 
• Process/Documentation skills supporting a customer service environment
• Some college or advanced training preferred, commensurate work experience will be considered 
• Strong reporting and reconciliation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good problem solving & decision making skills 
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at a time 
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. 
• Candidates must be service oriented, self-confident, and dependable 
• Work with a high sense of urgency in a deadline driven environment 
• Effective and efficient working in a team environment
• Excellent personal time management history
• Ability to work independently and on some weekends as required

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated pay for this role is $22/hr.
