SBM is searching for a Quality Assurance Coordinator! As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall quality and compliance of our products or services.
Responsibilities:

  • Run weekly reports using SBM's Quality Management Platform.
  • Ensure Quality Action Plans are completed by account leaders for business interruptions.
  • Baseline service KPI thresholds for accounts and verify goal lines are accurate.
  • Create monthly compliance reports and follow up with account leaders on open items.
  • Maintain project trackers and deliverables for QA activities.
  • Coordinate account training calls for process updates and rollouts.
  • Maintain internal contact lists of verticals and accounts for timely QA follow ups.
  • Attend quality related account calls as a QA representative and bring back action items to the QA team.
  • Help maintain internal Document Management System and Process Document Landing Page.
  • Act as QA point of contact for account leaders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • May be required to have a valid driver's license.
  • Strong communication skills (verbally and written)
  • Process orientated thinker
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Work cross functionally with internal departments
  • Confidence in offering improvement suggestions to QA team

Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 per year

Shifts: Monday – Friday, 40hrs per week
