We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Manager for our manufacturing operations. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage the quality assurance department and ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The successful candidate will be a key player in our manufacturing process, working closely with various teams to prevent mistakes and defects in our products and avoid problems when delivering solutions to our clients. Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s quality assurance program to ensure product quality, safety, and reliability.
  • Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
  • Inspect the final output, comparing it to the requirements to ensure that all production operations meet the established quality standards.
  • Lead the quality assurance team, hiring, training, and mentoring QA personnel.
  • Collaborate with other managers and staff to implement the company’s policies and goals.
  • Review current standards and policies, keeping abreast of the latest industry trends and changes in regulations.
  • Devise and establish a company’s quality procedures, standards and specifications.
  • Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers where necessary (where impacting/affected by quality issues)
  • Continually seek to improve the overall quality of the company’s products and processes.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a quality assurance role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Repair Station or equivalent is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting using IT systems.
  • Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)
  • Solid experience in effective usage of data analysis tools and statistical analysis.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
