The Role

Tesla Motors is looking for a Regional Network Manager to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position will involve supporting the Body Repair Program in all aspects of its Approved Body Shop Program. This position is located in Fremont, CA. Responsibilities

Advocate on behalf of Tesla customers to expedite collision repair to return the car to its originally engineered state of safety, performance, and aesthetics in the easiest and most economical manner.
Direct interaction with the insurance carriers and third-party Tesla Approved Body Shops.
Interacts with the sites to obtain and maintain complete records for all claims and first notice of loss.
Insures claims progression and ensures an expedited repair process.
Ability to consistent timely communicate with insureds, claimants and clients
Ability and willingness to perform as a team member on multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment with high expectations for quality
Develops improved processes and interacts with engineering departments to mitigate frequently occurring claims.
Lead in identifying and implementing opportunities for operational efficiency. This includes standardizing processes/procedures, improve resource management, and developing operational Key Performance Indicators and reporting
Maintains compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
Perform root cause analysis on claims delays.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements

3+ years of Body shop Estimating/Management, or 5+ years of insurance auto appraisal, automotive claims administration experience
Ability to a maintain a high level of confidentiality
Proven ability to provide excellent customer service, and work with multiple levels of the organization from senior management to external contractors.
Superior communication skills, written and oral
Superior writing, editing and proofreading skills; attention to detail
Superior computer skills and ability to work with MS Office: Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
Self-starter with the ability to work under minimal guidance and direction
Demonstrated negotiation tactics and ability to influence others at all organizational levels
Strong strategic planning, organizational and change management skills
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public.
