Regional Sales Manager – SaaS
Position:
Regional Sales Manager – SaaS
Job Description:
Regional Sales Manager – SaaS
At SiliconExpert, we’re transforming one of the world’s most complex systems through software — the global electronics supply chain. With Trusted Intelligence, we empower engineers and procurement teams to cut through complexity and make confident, data-driven decisions. We’re looking for an experienced SaaS sales leader who is energized by big challenges and ready to own a region end-to-end.
Position overview
The Regional Sales Manager – SaaS is responsible for identifying and winning new customers across UK & Ireland, Benelux, and the Nordics. This is a hunting role at its core — you will build pipeline from scratch, engage decision-makers, and close new business. You bring proven SaaS sales leadership, a self-starter mentality, and the drive to own your territory.
Key responsibilities
-
Own and develop your sales territory — identify, target, and win new customers through proactive outreach, relationship building, and solution-based selling
-
Define critical markets and build a strong pipeline; develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and demand creation
-
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, engaging stakeholders across technical, commercial, and executive functions
-
Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and partnerships teams to deliver tailored SaaS and data-centric solutions that address customer challenges
-
Prepare and deliver compelling QBRs and proposals to customers and senior stakeholders, both remotely and on-site
-
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities across your region
-
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce to prioritize efforts and forecast reliably
Requirements
-
3-4+ years in field or outside sales, with a strong SaaS background
-
Demonstrated SaaS sales experience — selling software subscriptions, platforms, or data services to B2B customers
-
Proven track record of hunting and winning new business — comfortable building pipeline from scratch
-
Experience across UK & Ireland, Benelux, or Nordic markets
-
Familiarity with the electronics industry or supply chain
-
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
-
Additional European languages beyond English would be a plus
-
Fluent in English; strong communicator at all levels, including executive stakeholders
-
Self-starter who works independently and thrives with minimal guidance; willingness to travel as required
What we offer
-
Attractive compensation — competitive base salary + variable tied to sales performance
-
Company car or car allowance
-
Remote employment contract with flexible working hours
-
Reliable and trusting work environment with flat structures and open communication
-
Professional and personal development opportunities in a high-growth environment
If you thrive on hunting new business, owning your region, and opening doors that others can’t — let’s talk.
