Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality assurance audits of ABA programs and clinical documentation in CentralReach

• Ensure compliance with ABA best practices, treatment plans, and organizational standards

• Collaborate with clinical teams, BCBAs, and case managers to enhance service delivery

• Review client progress and data to identify areas for improvement

• Provide feedback and guidance to staff to ensure high-quality ABA therapy services

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

• Proficient in CentralReach software

• Current BCBA, BCaBA, or experienced Case Manager

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
