Insight Global is currently hiring for a Business Intelligent Analyst for one of our top financial companies located in the Des Moines, IA area. In this role as the Business Intelligence Analyst the candidate will be building out presentations to communicate with leadership to provide market updates for the marketing and sales departments. In this role the candidate will have extensive interaction with the sales and marketing teams to define reporting needs, develop new tools and then present that information to the leadership team. In this role the candidate will create and maintain marketing dashboards as well as review and advise any metrics to help report the information on the marketing campaigns. In this role the candidate will be tasked with future needs of utilizing salesforce reporting to ensure campaigns are meeting the desired outcomes the organization is looking to go. This role will take heavy communication and will be joining a collaborative team to help the team grow.

Candidate who is proficient with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.

Professional experience working for a financial or insurance company.
Candidate must have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science,

Information Systems or related field.

Candidate must have 3+ years of experience with SQL Development

writing and testing code, designing tables and storing procedures.

It is important the candidate is proficient with marketing knowledge

and has a strong understanding of Marketing Automation.

In this role it is important for the candidate to be able to gather

requirements from the business and then be able to do the

development work themselves.
