A client in the greater Nashville, TN area is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join their team. They will be responsible for the overall Development within the ServiceNow platform and will be responsible for requirements gathering and analysis to understand business needs or business problems which can be translated to ServiceNow solutions. This candidate will support software testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolves activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding software enhancements and will be responsible for consulting with systems engineers and architects on developing IT standards for the business while facilitating the translation of client requirements into technical designs for large IT solutions. They will also collaborate closely with project managers to provide updates on project progress and communicate issues that may impact project success. Responsible for the development of workflows and applications within the ServiceNow platform, which support the streamlining and automation of business processes.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

Extensive SQL experience

ITIL V3 and V4 experience
4 plus years professional experience as a ServiceNow Developer

Integrating the ServiceNow platform with external application and data sources

2-3 years recent experience working with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript

2-3 years recent experience working with relational databases and SQL

2-3 years recent experience working with the ServiceNow core architecture, workflows, REST API, and ITSM module
