Insight Global is hiring for a Revenue Cycle Business Analyst that is local to Jacksonville, FL for a hybrid onsite/remote role. This person would be joining the hospital billing vertical and be responsible for:

– Partnering with different functional groups within a hospitals revenue cycle department to identify trends, then work with the business units to improve.

– Based on appropriate analysis, they will recommend modifications to established practices and procedures, or system functionality as needed in order to support optimal productivity and efficiency within the revenue cycle areas.

– Experience with Smart Sheet (project mangement tool)

– SMS system experience (billing system)
– 2-5 years of experience as a business analyst

– Project Management experience: ability to both lead and participate in projects

– Healthcare/Revenue Cycle experience

– Bachelors Degree

– Strong communication and organizational skills

– Epic experience

– Strong Excel Skills
