This is a hybrid role, so the selected candidate will ideally be located in Columbus, Ohio.
CGI, a Platinum Salesforce Implementation Partner, is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst. The Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements to allow for the configuration and development of the Salesforce platform to ensure the clients business needs and objectives are being met by the solution. This person will work with our clients to understand their business needs and help deliver value through technology using Salesforce.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
Conduct sessions with stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirements
Analyze and consolidate information to support the development of solutions to ensure business requirements are achieved
Provide support to stakeholders in managing system and process changes
Provide advice on application solutions
Produce functional design documentation
Create test scenarios for applications and enhancements, ensuring functional requirements are met
Facilitate testing of Salesforce functionality
Utilize and champion agile techniques to deliver successful project implementations
Collaborate with team members to find better, more efficient ways of doing things
Solve challenging business and technical problems
Learn from your peers and our years of experience through training classes and our mentor program
Grow in your career and enhance your abilities through certification
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Salesforce Administrator and/or Business Analyst Certification
3+ years of business analyst experience
13 years of prior Salesforce experience
Experience facilitating workshops and discussion sessions
Experience in data modelling, process mapping and specification documentation
Experience with data migrations between Salesforce and other systems.
Experience in creating business cases for technology-related solutions
Professional experience in a test-driven and formal QA development environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills – must be able to effectively convey information and recommendations to clients (technical and none-technical)
Education
Bachelors Degree or other related Degree
Experience may be considered in lieu of completed Degree
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $61,900 – $154,300.
