Job Summary

10+ years of experience in Salesforce Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering and User Story elaboration in Agile and waterfall model in Service/Health Cloud

• 8+ years of experience as business analyst role and gathering requirements for custom applications on Salesforce Health Cloud & Service Cloud
• 5+ years of experience in designing business solutions with Salesforce Lightning Cloud Platform
• Must have through knowledge about Salesforce capabilities and functional flow. Should be able to clearly articulate requirements in Salesforce fitment and format.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, documenting detailed functional, technical, reporting and data requirements
• Create and maintain documentation of key project artifacts, processes and system functionality/tools using Agile Scrum methodologies

Certifications Required

Certification(s) Required HEALTH CLOUD (mandatory), Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 – $120,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
