Salesforce Tech Lead ‘
– Strong understanding of SFDC sales cloud
– Strong experience in SFDC integration with other systems using ETL, SOAP/REST
– Be able to manage a small offshore team and conduct off hour calls
– Liaison with client on requirements, document and communicate to the offshore team. Ensure that the deliverable are met on time, as per the scope and within budget
– Facilitate Business Process Reviews and understand requirements
– Analyze individual modules and components in CRM, required to be migrated in each development phase
– Design and Develop Integration Components as per integration Architecture.
– Co-ordinate and support testing efforts during all testing phases
– Interact/coordinate with Salesforce Engagement Manager/ Premier Support for product related technical issues/bugs/shortcomings
– Create High level and low level documents.
– Co-ordinate task distribution within team, as required, during the development phases and review the same
– Report Status to the program manager / client partner, escalate any issues
– Conduct reviews of the application with the client
