Job Location: Northbrook, IL
Job Duration: 6-12 Month W2

Job Description:
Digital : EAS : SAP Success factors – Employee Central, Enterprise Platform & Solutions : SAP Human Capital Management (HCM)

Overall Experience: – 4 to 7 years Minimum 2+ years of experience with Success factors Employee Central.
Must possess valid certification in SAP Success Factors Employee Central.
Should have worked on at least Two Implementations and one support Project.
Must possess client interaction skills with strong acumen to present best suitable approach to the client and must be able to drive the Project right from scratch
Job includes conducting requirement gathering sessions for implementations, creating configuration workbooks, gap analysis, configurations, data migrations, testing and all implementation tasks.
Able to manage client escalation and expectation with strong communication skills.
Must be able to map the requirement in Functional Design Document or Business Process Design.
Must have worked on Configuration workbook, Translation workbook, User manual creation,
Should have strong knowledge and experience on Data Models, Workflows, Business Rules, MDF Objects, RBP, Foundation Objects, Position Management, Time Off, OData APIs, Reports etc.
Knowledge on SAP HCM, SFTP and integration tools like Boomi, PI.
Must have concept of integration within the BizX suits.Should be technically and functionally strong to handle implementation, releases and support projects.’Overall expereince in End to End Businees Processes of Talent Management , Workforce Management ,Payroll.
Hands on implementation and support experience in HCM Payroll for various countries ( For US /Canada )and in Time Management. Complete understanding of technical objects behind payroll, Experience in payroll run and related issues. Should have played customer facing roles.’

Role
-Review and approve all SDLC deliverables: User Requirements, Functional, Technical and Configuration specifications.
– Assist with the development of User Requirements Specification to ensure the URS is robust, sound and represents global coverage
-Ensure the SAP system design is integrated between the various modules and business processes it is intended to support
– Review all Unit test scenarios and results, perform any testing as necessary and appropriate
-Review and approve System Integration test plan, test scripts and results (pre and post-approvals)
– Review User Acceptance test plan, test scripts and results
– Assist with the creation of User Acceptance test scripts
-Review and approve Regression test plan, scenario list, regression test scripts and results
-Review and approve Master data design and solution
– Review and approve Data migration plans, Data extracts, Assist with Data mapping and normalization
-Work with the business leads and ensure good quality data load files.
-Develop mechanisms for validating data loads (post data loads) and work with the business on the review and signoff of data loads
-Review and approve go-live cutover plans by working with the systems integrator, Business and IS stakeholders
-Review training deliverables and assist the business leads in creation of end-to-end business process training materials and assist in the delivery of training.
-Experience in Lifesciences environment is a must
