Location: Bloomington, IL (Remote work, may be required to travel onsite if requested by manager)

Work Description:

Service tickets and customer support regarding Encryption Key and Certificate infrastructure support. This includes the following: – Server Type Owner responsibilities to maintain servers that support certificate infrastructure – Performing Certificate and Key lifecycle management tasks, like certificate revocation duties – Creation and curation of Knowledge Item documentation – Monitoring of infrastructure load and performance dashboards to look for abnormalities. – Respond to certificate and key owner questions, usually regarding confusion on their responsibilities and processes.

Business Knowledge:

Cryptography and related network and infrastructure

Technical Skills:

Experience in PKI and Encryption Key ecosystems and infrastructure. Experience in maintaining Windows and Linux servers.
