Position Overview:
We are currently seeking determined Business Intelligence, Senior Data Analyst who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity.
In this role, you will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting data to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth. You will work closely with our business teams to understand and deliver on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain dashboards (Tableau), reports, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain re-usable data models to represent business processes (primarily using SQL and Microsoft Fabric).
  • Collaborate with the business to identify data-driven opportunities and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices in data management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Python, or Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods and data visualization techniques.
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
