Our client, a leading institution in higher education, is seeking a Senior Applications Specialist to join their team. As a Senior Applications Specialist, you will be part of the HR and Benefits department supporting the campus business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
- Provide primary support for PeopleSoft Human Resource and Benefits modules.
- Run and develop ad-hoc queries for data requests and problem resolution.
- Analyze and troubleshoot operational issues to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with campus constituents to translate functional business requirements into design criteria.
- Participate in yearly releases and upgrades, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
What’s Needed?
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years’ experience in a business office or international systems setting.
- Proven experience in supporting PeopleSoft human resource applications.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and consultative skills.
- Ability to continuously learn and apply innovative ideas and technologies.
