An Insight Global retail customer is looking for a Senior Application Support Engineer to provide support to both internal and external teams. This role will be providing Tier III application support by monitoring multiple different outlets, receiving tickets and working cross-functionally with development teams. You will be working with two teams regarding production support, support rotations and lower level development. Future responsibilities will include: creating dashboards, research, bug fixes, and trend forecasting.
* Retail Industry Experience
* Front end and backend web development
* Integration of new products and solutions into existing environments
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science related field from accredited university
* 3-5+ Years of Experience in Application support
o Tier III application support
* Java programming/scripting experience
* Ticketing experience (ServiceNow preferred)
* Customer Care/ Service Desk experience
* Experience with troubleshooting, creating tech debt stories, refactoring
