Senior Associate, Full-Stack Engineer

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate Full stack Engineer to join our Global Clearing Platform team. This role is located in Pune-MH, HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Technically strong full stack developer. Participate in design, analysis, coding, code review and successful deployment of the application in production.
- Participate in troubleshooting issues, incidents and propose solutions.
- Help to improve resiliency by focusing on monitoring and alerting. Secure the application from vulnerabilities.
- Contribute to all aspects of product development including daily Scrum meetings, Sprint and Product Backlog reviews, and solution development.
- Coordinate coding, unit testing, implementation, and documentation of solution.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
- 5+ years of experience in systems analysis and program development with related supervisory, management and administrative experience required.
- Good proficiency in software development – Java 11 or higher, J2EE / Tomcat, Spring: MVC, REST, SpringBoot, MicroServices/Docker, Middleware Solutions – JMS / MQ/Kafka, Database Solutions – SQL Server/ Oracle Exadata, Angular
- Strong experience in SDLC, DevOps processes – CI/CD tools, Git, etc.
- Experience in the banking/financial services industry is a plus.
