We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst specializing in Cards or Payments to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will tap into your expertise to optimize and enhance our payment processing systems, ensuring they meet the ever-evolving demands of our clients and the marketplace. You will work closely with multi-functional teams, including IT, product development, and operations, to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement new processes. Your analytical skills will be instrumental in seeing opportunities for improvement and ensuring that our systems are efficient, secure, and user-friendly.
In this role, you will
- Analyze and document business requirements for Cards or Payments systems.
- Collaborate with collaborators to design and implement solutions that align with business goals.
- Perform system testing and validation to ensure requirements are met.
- Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations for enhancements.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business units to facilitate communication and understanding.
What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems analysis, particularly in Cards or Payments.
- Proficiency in business process mapping and requirements gathering techniques.
