Senior Director of IT Client Services, Learning Technologies and Customer Support

team and the Senior Director of IT Client Services, Learning
Technologies and Customer Support, you will foster collaboration with educators
and our Eberly Center for Teaching Excellence and Educational Innovation to
provide best in class services supporting teaching & learning as well as
general productivity activities across our global enterprise. You should have
experience leading the development of new and innovative services, managing
other leaders and overseeing the operations of a complex set of businesses. We
are looking for someone who can provide excellent customer service and
possesses superb communication skills. You will need to have a proven track
record of service delivery for both in house and vendor provided services.The
Senior Director is responsible for strategic guidance and delivery of essential
productivity tools such as Google’s G Suite (email, calendaring, file storage),
video conferencing, classroom and conference room AV. They will have strategic
and managerial oversight of three-person team leading the following groups:
* Learning Technologies and Media Services (Technology Enhanced Facilities,
Media Services, Campus Software Licensing) – experience classroom* IT Support
Services (Desktop Support, Help Center, Executive IT)* Productivity Services
(Endpoint Engineering, Services Development)*You must demonstrate: Project
management skills* Strong organization, planning and communication
skillsQualifications: A Bachelor s degree or an equivalent combination
of education and/or experience is required. A Master s degree is preferred.
degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is
preferred.* A combination of ten (10) years of experience in the following
areas are required:* o Information Technology Project Management Experience o
Experience with learning technologies and media services o Vendor management
and negotiating contracts experience o Supervisory experience and experience
managing/leading teams o Higher Education experience is
