•Provide feasibility analysis to guide our clients into the correct advanced energy choices for their particular application
•Design full electrical systems, including power, distributed generation, energy storage, microgrids, control and signaling systems
•Design and perform calculations for distributed generation systems and associated controls, including solar PV, fuel cells, energy storage, and microgrid systems
•Prepare sequence of operations documents detailing microgrid operational modes
•Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with a sound knowledge of electrical fundamentals as they relate to building systems and power generation and distribution.
•8-15 years of related experience
•Knowledge and experience with Rule 21
•Experience with 3D BIM / CAD software such AutoCAD MEP or Revit MEP
•Experience with power flow modeling, voltage drop calculations, fault analysis, feeder and transformer sizing for radial, loop, and multiple independent systems
•PE license preferred
•Direct experience with advanced energy system is preferred with projects in the state of California
